Old Town Manassas is featuring “Hop Around Old Town” from Mon., April 18 through Sat., April 23. Have fun with your kids as you learn to bake, frost and decorate sugar cookies for the whole family.

Join WUSA-TV9 Reporter Jessica Doyle along with her daughter Sophia, and Wildfire Executive Chef Edie Ishaq in a hands-on cookie-making class. This event takes place at Wildfire, Tysons Galleria, 3rd floor, McLean, VA. on Saturday, April 16, 2011 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The class costs $20.00 plus tax and gratuity per parent and up to two kids.  50% of the proceeds will be donated to Make-A-Wish Foundation® of the Mid-Atlantic.

Wildfire Holds Global Wine Dinner

Take a delicious journey through Chile, Italy, France, Argentina & Portugal as Wildfire features wines from vineyards around the world at a Global Wine Dinner.  Wildfire Executive Chef Eddie Ishaq will create a custom five course menu paired with these global wines.  Wildfire Wine & Spirits Director Brad Wermager will be on hand to discuss the pairings, along with the differences in grape varietals and distinct complexities of these unique tastes and styles.
